| Abstract: | The concept, theory, characteristics, analytical steps, model structure of problem tree analysis and the importance in regional development planning were introduced in the paper. A case study was applied to further explain how to use the method to identify the problems and analyse the interrelationships among them in order to make overall development plan and decision in regional development planning. |
