| 摘 要： | 笔者对湖南省 13所高校体育部的管理模式进行了调研。对湖南高校体育、体育学部工作目标、方向、范围、职能进行分析。根据学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想 ,论述了新的体育学部管理模式、工作重点与方法等有关问题。
