| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则作为"现代民法的最高指导原则",在各国立法中被普遍采纳并受到重视.我国合同法的制定也体现了这一立法思潮.我国新的合同法不仅确立了诚实信用原则的基本原则地位,而且围绕着诚实信用原则,建立了一整套科学的合同义务体系和适用规则.

| Abstract: | Being the most superior directive principle of modern civil law, bona - fide principle has been adopted popularly in the legislation of many countries and given more and more attention. The new contract law of our country not only established the basic status of the bona fide principle, but also set up a complete system of contract obligations and applicable regulations on the basis of this principle. |
