| 摘 要： | 运用逻辑分析和献资料法，对社会转型期的企业体育、企业化的形成及发展条件，社会功能进行了阐述。说明社会转型期的经济发展为企业体育的发展提供了物质基础，同时，企业体育的形成又对员工的身心健康、企业的生产、企业的凝聚力，企业形象的塑造和良好的企业化氛围的形成具有重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | By adopting the method of logical analysis and documental method,the author expatiate the forming and developing methods,social function of the enterprise gymnasium during the process of the transformation of the society.It shows that the economic development in the process of the transformation of the society has provided the material basis for the development of the enterprise gymnasium,and in the meanwhile the formation of the enterprise gymnasium has played an important role for the physical health of the personnel,the production and cohesion of the enterprise,cultivating the image of the enterprise and forming a better a enterprise cultural environment. |
