制度下生存与教师的专业道德困境

摘    要:随着教师专业化进程的不断推进,关于教师道德的研究也要实现由“职业道德”向“专业道德”的转移和提升。然而,教师专业道德的实现,除了受到教师个人的道德品质、专业素养的影响外,现实教育中的各种制度性规约也会对教师专业道德的实现产生不容忽视的影响。目前,学校教育中存在的教学制度、管理制度等对教师的专业自主、民主权利等造成不同程度的抑制和侵害,导致了教师专业道德实现的种种困境。

Abstract:With the development of professionalization of teacher,the study about teacher's morality should be transformed from the vocational ethics to professional one.However,the realization of the professional ethics of teacher is not only effected by the personal moral character and the professional quality of teacher,but also by the stipulation of various institutions existed in reality.At present,some institutions,such as teaching and management system,have had some negative impact on the professional independence and democratic right of teacher to some degrees,and which has led to a variety of difficulties to the realization of teacher's professional ethics.
