| 摘 要： | 十年前，清华大学图书馆在我国率先实行学科馆员制度，正式把国外的先进管理制度引入国内。近年来，我国多数高校图书馆纷纷设置了学科馆员制度，但在实行中发展不尽如人意。文章分析目前开展学科馆员制度实践中所存在的问题与不足，并就如何完善该制度应采取的措施和对策进行探讨。
