摘    要:能及时发现美,并对美的看法提出独特见解,是现代女性具有较高文化修养的一种表现。而艺术体操教学中的形体练习、音乐欣赏、动作与器械的组合、服饰的展示、教师的仪态等学习途径可帮助其达到这一目的。当你经过“第二次创造”变得更加温柔可爱、楚楚动人、仪态万方时,当你以更为勃发的英姿、弥散着独具特色的悦人魅力时,你的审美能力也达到了一个新的境界。

Abstract:The ability of discovering beauty in time and bringing forward their own opinions on beauty is a sign that modern women own a high cultural awareness. And the approaches of physique exercises, music appreciation, combination of instrument and movement, displaying of trappings, teacher's manner and so on in the teaching of rhythmic gymnastics can help to attain this end. When you become more gently and lovely, more taking and more graceful after you re - creation or when you disperse your characteristics and pleasant glamour with your more prosperous heroic posture, your aesthetic ability will entry a new level.
