| 摘 要： | 随着技术创新的开放度增加,吸收能力作为企业获取外部知识的理论工具而备受学术界的青睐.尽管企业吸收能力的相关研究堪称丰富,但许多学者对该领域仍存在认识的误区.为此,本文从企业吸收能力的概念及其发展历程出发,对它的前因变量、结果变量和实证测量等研究议题进行了系统的梳理,同时剖析了现有研究的不足之处,指明了未来的发展方向.
