| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO，主要贸易国家尤其是发达国家更加集中地利用反倾销手段限制我国的出口贸易，致使我国的对外贸易受到严重影响，这就迫切要求我国产业建立完善的反倾销预警机制。本通过分析出口企业和行业协会经营管理以及国家宏观管理措施存在的问题，提出只有通过出口企业、行业协会和政府的共同努力，才能建立起完善的反倾销预警机制。

| Abstract: | After China entries into WTO, some main trade countries, especially some developed countries, are concentrating much more on taking anti-dumping measures to refine export trade in China, which have had a bad effect on our foreign trade. It is requested that we should establish a perfect early warning mechanism of antidumping. By analyzing some issues of the management in export companies and associations and macro-management measures of the government, it is concluded that only by the efforts of export companies, associations and the government can we establish a perfect early warning mechanism of anti-dumping. |
