| Abstract: | In the modern society which is now highly differentiated and integrated,leadership activities have increasingly been reflected in large complicated,organic and dynamic systems.In this context,how to define the connotation and principle of systemic leadership approach,how to grasp the systemic regularity of leadership activities on the whole,and how to master the effective implementation of leadership methods have become urgent issues that most of leaders want to solve. |
