| 摘 要： | 采用超高效液相色谱，C18色谱柱，PDA紫外检测器，以甲醇-0．1％冰乙酸水溶液为流动相，流速0．3mL／min，检测波长为260nm的条件下。同时测定吲哚乙酸、脱落酸赤霉素玉米素4种激素，各峰的分离效果理想，10min内完成了测定。玉米素平均回收率为98．2％，RSD为3．6％，赤霉素平均回收率为98．2％，RSD为2．6％，吲哚乙酸平均回收率为98．8％，RSD为2．8％，脱落酸平均回收率为101．1％，RSD为3．3％。

Determination of Four Endogenous Hormones in Honey Floral Bud of Guangxi by UPLC |

| Abstract: | A method was created for the determination of indole-3-acid （IAA）, abscisic-acid （ABA）, gibberllin （GA3）, zeatin （ZT） in Guangxi by using a C18 chromatographic column and a UV detector （λ =260nm）. The mobile plase was composed of methanol and 0.1% acetica acid and the flow rate was 0.3% mL/min. These hormones were separated well in i0 min with the average recoveries of ZT, IAA, ABA, GA3 were 98.2%, 98.8%, 101. 1%, and 98.2% while the RSDs of them were 3.6%,2.8%,3.3%,2.6%. |
