| 摘 要： | 长期以来,职业院校“双师型”师资队伍建设走了一条面向个体成长的路线,即以个体成长最终达成整体提升的路线,尽管取得了一定成绩,也日益面临瓶颈。以“双元结构教师小组”为新机制,使企业转职教师和非企业转职教师均在团队发展中交互影响、螺旋提升的效果良好,不失为“双师型”师资队伍建设的一种新思路。基于团队螺旋提升的“双师型”师资队伍建设,必须在合作机制建设、项目化运作、评价体系创新等方面进行创新设计。

| Abstract: | For a long time,the construction of"double qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges has taken a route oriented to individual growth,that is,to achieve the overall improvement by individual growth.Although it has made some achievements,it is also increasingly facing bottlenecks.Taking"dual structure teacher group"as the new mechanism,it can make the enterprise transferred teachers and non-enterprise transferred teachers interact and spiral in the team development,which is a new idea for the construction of"double qualified"teaching staff.The construction of"double qualified"teaching staff based on team spiral promotion must carry out innovative design in the aspects of cooperation mechanism construction,project operation and evaluation system innovation. |
