| 摘 要： | 随着百万扩招工程的推进,招生规模扩大和生源结构多元化对于中高职教育衔接而言既是机遇也是挑战。中高职教育衔接是深化我国职业教育改革的重要战略,也是全面提升职业教育人才培养质量的有效举措。但现阶段中高职衔接存在诸多问题:社会普遍缺乏认同,价值认知存在偏差;以教育“定位论”为主导,衔接断层脱节明显;职业特征体现不够,专业对接不够精准。为此,要打破传统观念的束缚,形成正确的职业教育价值观;以“课程”为核心衔接基点,促进中高职教学一体化建设;以职业精准导向为衔接基础,重构中高职专业对接,从而加快推进中高职教育有效衔接。

Research on the Connection Path of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion |

| Abstract: | With the development of the one million enrollment expansion project,the expansion of enrollment scale and the diversification of student source structure are both opportunities and challenges for the connection of secondary and higher vocational education.The connection of secondary and higher vocational education is an important strategy to deepen the reform of vocational education in China,and also an effective measure to comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.However,at this stage,there are many problems in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education:there is a general lack of social recognition,and there is a deviation in value cognition;the connection fault is obvious,and education"positioning theory"is dominant;the vocational characteristics are not reflected enough,and the professional matching is not accurate enough.Accordingly,it is proposed to break the shackles of traditional concepts and form correct vocational education values;take"curriculum thory"as the core connection point to promote the integration of secondary and higher vocational education;at the same time,take career precision orientation as the connection basis to reconstruct the professional connection of secondary and higher vocational education,so as to accelerate the effective connection of secondary and higher vocational education. |
