| 摘 要： | 通过对２８家全国体育院校学报、各省市体育科学学会和体科所办的体育科技类学术期刊的调查发现，体育科技期刊编辑队伍存在的问题是：编辑人员的年龄结构与编龄呈严重反差，编辑年龄老化，知识体系需要更新，编辑队伍不稳定等。据此提出了加强编辑队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | By investigating 28 journals of physical education institutes and academic pe- riodicals founded by plysical scientific societies and physical research institutes in China we find several problems existing in editorial staffs of physical science and technology periodicals, such. as , serious contrast in age structure and editorial age of editorial stffs,ageing of editorial staffs , the renewal of knowledge system. unstability of edito- rial staffs , and so. on. We alsn put forward countermasures to strengthen the building of editorial team. |
