| 摘 要： | 国际英语教育呈现出低龄化的趋势,但我国幼儿英语教师的专业素质却无法满足这一趋势的要求,已成为制约幼儿英语教育的瓶颈,培养新型专业化的英语教师迫在眉睫。新型专业化幼儿英语教师应具备科学的学前教育理念、多重的专业知识结构、较强的教育教学能力。应在规格要求、课程设置、实践体系等方面加以研究,探索培养新型专业化幼儿英语教师的策略。
