| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,商品房价格的不断攀升,城镇低收入家庭的住房问题成了社会普遍关注的亟待解决的问题,而廉租住房建设就是解决这一问题的关键。近几年,我国廉租住房建设虽然取得了阶段性成果,但在实施中还存在着一些问题,对此本文提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy,the price of commercial residential building is going up all the time.Low-income families in towns become a social common-concerned problem,while the low-rent housing construction is the key to solving the problem.In the past few years,the low-rent housing construction has made some achievements but there still exist some problems to be solved.The article put forward some related strategies and suggestions. |
