生长前期雪峰乌骨鸡饲粮适宜蛋氨酸水平的研究

摘    要:为国内地方鸡营养研究,特别是雪峰乌骨鸡的营养研究填补空白,笔者用500羽1日龄的雪峰乌骨鸡研究其生长前期蛋氨酸的适宜水平.在满足其他营养素的条件下,在基础日粮(玉米-豆粕型)中分别添加合成蛋氨酸0.00%,0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%,配成5组饲粮,分别饲养五组试鸡.测定生长性能指标和血清尿素氮、蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量.其结果表明,饲粮蛋氨酸水平对雪峰乌骨鸡累计生长、相对生长率、日增重、饲料效率有显著影响;对血清尿素氮含量以及血清蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量有显著影响.因此在代谢能为12.32 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质为21.00%的营养水平下,建议雪峰乌骨鸡生长前期蛋氨酸适宜水平为0.48%.

Abstract:For local chickens especial Xuefeng black-bone chickens nutritional research pad blank,a total of 500 Xuefeng black-bone chickens (1 day-old) were used to investigated the methionine requirement.Meeting the other nu- trients requirement other than methionine,the diets (meal-corn) supplemented with different level of methionine (0. 00%,0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%)were assigned to feed the treetment birds.Mensurate performance traits and serum urea nitrogen and serum methionine and serum aspartic acid and serum glutamic acid,the main results were as follow. The diets supplemented with different level of methionine had significant effect on accumulative growth and relative growth ratio and daily gain and feed efficiency and serum urea nitrogen and serum methionine and serum aspartic acid and serum glutamic acid.Under ME:12.32MJ/kg and CP:21.00%,it is suggested that optimum methionine level in Xue- feng black-bone chickens is 0.48% for the early growth period.
