| 摘 要： | 高师院校德育走校本化发展之路,是彰显师范院校德育特色和个性、满足师范生德育需求的必然选择。校本化德育资源的开发和利用,是高师院校德育实现校本化发展的前提和基础。应从精神资源、物质资源和人力资源三方面对高师院校校本化德育资源的进行开发与利用。

| Abstract: | School orientation of moral education in normal universities is of necessity to stand out the features of the moral education in normal universities and to meet the normal college students' need of moral education. And the exploitation and utilization of the school-oriented moral education resources is the premise and basis for school orientation of moral education in normal universities. This paper discusses how to explore and utilize the school-oriented moral education resources in normal universities in terms of spiritual resources,material resources and human resources. |
