| 摘 要： | 互联网作为新兴的传播媒体，主要是以网页为载体快速实现信息的交流互换。虽然网页作品在著作权法上的地位还没有明确的定性。但是通过细化分析，网页作品是整合了网页内容、网页界面和网页驱动程序的综合性作品。本文对网页的作品性、作品类型和权利行使等著作权问题进行剖析，对网页的著作权保护提出了一些建议和看法，以促进网络业的良性和健康发展。

| Abstract: | As the new medium, the Internet realizes the information exchange quickly with the form of web page primarily. Although the web page works isnt uncertain in the copyright law, it should be compositive works including the content, the interface and the abutting program. The text carefully analyzes the protection of the web page copyright and makes some suggestions on it. |
