| 摘 要： | 现代教育注重个性发展，但人们在个性教育的认识上还存在着某些偏颇。我们应正确理解“个性”，科学地开展个性教育；辨证地认识“人才”，努力培养创新人才。为丰富学生个性，可以从四个方面入手：教学环境开放化；课外活动多样化；人才选拔灵活化；培养方式和谐化。

| Abstract: | Modern education attaches great importance to the development of learners' personality. But many people fail to realize the importance. This article, based on the analysis of the diversified teaching theory, puts forward strategies of developing learners' personalities from four aspects, that is, the openness of teaching environment; diversification of extracurricular activities; agility of personnel selection and harmonies of fostering mode. |
