| 摘 要： | 信息化战争条件下的高校国防教育，应根据信息化战争的发展变化，不断改革和创新高校国防教育的目标、方式、手段，要以树立大学生的信息化国防观念为重点，以培养信息化战争的国防后备力量为重要目标，强化当代大学生都应当在未来信息化战争中承担起保家卫国的责任意识，培养他们能在信息化战争中发挥作用的基本能力，为打赢未来信息化战争储备高素质的国防后备力量。

| Abstract: | Under informationized war condition university defense education, Should according to informationized war＇s development change, Reforms and the innovation university defense education goal, the way, the method unceasingly, Must take set up university student＇s informationization national defense concept as the key point, Take raises informationized war＇s national defense reserve force as the profitable target, The strengthened present age university students must undertake the responsibility consciousness which in the future informationized war protects our homes and defends our country, Trains them to be able to play the role in the informationized war basic capability, In order to win the informationized war to stockpile the high quality in the future the national defense reserve force. |
