| 摘 要： | 虽然近几年乡村旅游发展势头良好，关于乡村旅游的研究也不断增多，但是目前国内针对乡村旅游的研究内容不够系统、成熟，研究框架较分散。另外，关于乡村旅游的实证研究、安全研究以及具有代表性的研究成果较少。文章以福建省泉州市永春县北溪村为研究对象，运用问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法、文献分析法和数理统计法，从餐饮、住宿等旅游环节分析乡村旅游安全的原因。最后，针对乡村旅游安全所存在的问题提出相应对策。
