| 侨乡晋江乡镇体育的组织与管理特征 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，就晋江乡镇体育的组织与管理现状、体育组织的职能、侨乡社会资本对乡镇体育组织与管理的绩效等，对晋江13个乡镇的78个村进行调查。结果表明，侨乡晋江乡镇体育组织呈现出政府与社会多元多层、横向合作的网络化特征，体育管理呈现出民间性、自治性的非政府性特征。分析认为，侨乡社会资本是侨乡乡镇体育组织与管理特殊性的重要前提和条件，同时也是地方政府体育公共服务绩效“生态性”因素。 |

| Abstract: | The current situation of sport s organization and management ,function of sport s organization ,the efficiency of social capital on sport s organization and management in 13 towns and 78 villiages in overseas Chinese hometown ———J injiang were investigated. The result s showed that the sport s organization in J injiang showed multi2layer and horizontal2cooperation network between government and society. Sport s management was voluntary and autonomous. It was pointed out that the social capital in overseas Chinese hometown was the premise of rural area sport s organization and management and of local governmentps sport s public service efficiency. |
