| 摘 要： | 斯金纳从现代社会的现状及人的行为出发,论证了行为技术学的必要性和可能性。肯定了人的行为是人类进化条件(自然选择)、个人生存条件(操作性条件作用)和社会文化条件(言语行为)三者共同选择作用的结果。如果人们能够设计并控制这些引起选择作用的环境条件,那么人们就能够预测和控制人的行为,最终实现利用行为枝术学改造人类社会。然而,历史及现实的发展证明了斯金纳理想的幻灭。

| Abstract: | From the state of modern society and human behavior, Skinner proved the necessity and possibility of the the- ory of behavioral technology, he made sure that human behavior was the produce of selection by conditions of human evolu- tion(natural selection), human existence (operating condition), and societal civilization(veral behavior). If people could de- sign and control these conditions that arose selection, people would forecast and control human behavior. In the result, people would create good society. However, the development of history and reality concluded ideal of Skinner was wrong. |
