摘    要:在21世纪新型人才的各种素质中,创新精神和实践能力的培养是其核心。现有高师毕业生缺乏前瞻性和科学性的教育教学理念、教育创新精神和实践能力等自身根本的特点和优势,这是导致其毕业分配的社会市场发生危机的深层原因之一。高等师范教育发展既要获得良好的生存状态,又要赢得可持续发展的竞争状态。转变教育思想,更新教育观念是高师教育改革的先决条件。提高对师范生的能力预期,自觉优化培养目标,在适应中引导社会人才市场需求是高等师范教育改革的实践着力点。构建和实施“协作互励模式”,优化办学环境,提高办学整体竞争力是高师教育改革的有益探索。

Abstract:Training of innovative consciousness and practical ability is the nucleus of all qualities in the 21th century educated workers. One of the deep reasons for the crisis on the social market of graduate employment is that most graduates of higher normal universities fall short of such fundamental qualities and advantages as anticipatory and scientific educational and teaching conception, consciousness of educational innovation and practical ability. If higher normal education is to better its condition of existence and sustainable competitive capacity, it should give priority to transforming its educational thought and renewing its educational conception. In practice, the focus of the reform of higher normal education should be laid on improving the anticipation of the ability of normal students, consciously optimizing the aims of training and orientating the demand of the social market of workers by continuously raising its adaptability. Finally, the reform of higher normal education will benefit massively by exploring the path for establishing and implementing "the mode of mutually stimulaing cooperation" and optimizing the educational environment so as to improve the overall competitive capacity of higher normal education.
