| 摘 要： | 论述新时期高校师德建设的目标、原则、内涵及其协调机制和教育途径,认为高校师德建设要坚持讲政治、"三贴近"、自律与他律相结合、继承与创新相协调的原则,要以"以人为本"理念、市场经济理念、"国际合作"理念丰富和发展师德的内涵,要完善领导机制、评价机制、激励机制和监督机制等协调机制,要落实强化师德教育活动、重视心理健康教育、创新师德教育的方法以及优化高校师德建设环境等途径。
