| Abstract: | Cotton ball game is an event centering on dunk shot with Tujia characteristics, which is very interesting,strongly view - worthy and easfly popularized. Teaching and experiment show that it can improve the students'strength, speed, stamina and ability in a short period of time.It is appropriate to popularize this sport in all types of schools. |
