| 摘 要： | 国际竞技健美操规则的每次修改都会对竞技健美操的发展和与之相对应的训练方法带来变革。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,通过对2001～2004年和2005～2008年的国际竞技健美操评分规则的比较分析,探讨竞技健美操艺术分变化的特点,旨在为健美操的训练提供思路与借鉴。

| Abstract: | It was recognized that every modification of the international aerobics gymnastics rules can bring significant changes to the development of athletic gynmastica and its relative training approaches.Using the methods of the literature and expert interview, through the comparative analysis on the rules of score evaluation of the international aerobics gynmastics rules used in 2001-2004 and 2005-2008,this paper explored the characteristics on the changes of artistic point of the athletic aerobics gymnastics,aimed to providing idea and reference for the training of aerobics gymnastics. |
