西藏初中数学教育现状调查与思考

摘    要:为使教育援藏更具实效性和针对性,经过深入实地调查,发现影响西藏初中数学教育发展的主要因素是生源问题、语言问题、教师培训问题和升学压力.建议改进“送培进藏”的培训方式、加强对中小学数学教学语言的研究.

Abstract:In order to make supporting Tibet through education more effective,the writers made field investigations and found that the main problems hindering the development of mathematics education in junior middle schools of Tibet are source of students,language,teachers’ training and the pressure of entering high school.Suggestions are proposed to improve the way of "sending experts to Tibet to train Tibetan teachers" and enhance studies on language used in mathematics teaching at primary and middle schools.
