| 摘 要： | 国民党政府大陆统治时期利用政权力量不断扩张和垄断经营官僚资本企业,对民间资本一度横征暴敛和排挤结果导致工商业凋零,民心背离。国民党逃到台湾后,台湾也兴办了大量的官营资本企业,并取得了跻身亚洲"四小龙"的经济成就,之后,这些企业又走到了末路。

| Abstract: | Before 1949, Kuomintang government continuously expanded and monopolized bureaucratic-capital enterprises by political power, and levied exorbitant taxes to or squeezed out civil capitals, resulting in the shrink of industry and commerce, the deviation of morale and the emigration of government to Taiwan in the end. After 1949, Kuomintang government fostered the large quantities of the bureaucratic- capital enterprises (the government-operated enterprises) in Taiwan, which made the outstanding economic achievements for which it has been ranked into so-called Asia tigers. But these enterprises walked to the end of road. This dissertation is aimed at exploring the reason from the comparison of the policies of the two phases. |
