高校文化育人工作的机制与载体研究

摘    要:文化与教育紧密相连,文化具有渗透性、穿透力和持久性,具有导向功能、激励功能和保健功能。文化育人就是以文化人,促进人的全面发展。高校在文化育人工作中,要加强文化环境建设,构建环境育人机制;完善工作体制建设,构建齐抓共管机制,要充分发挥好课堂教学、第二课堂、重大仪式、新媒体和社会实践等载体的作用。

Abstract:Culture and education are closely linked , culture has strong osmosis , penetration and durability , has guiding function , incentive function and health care function . Cultural education is to cultivate people with culture , to promote the all-round development of human beings . In the work of cultural education , colleges and universities are supposed to strengthen the cultural environment construction and establish the environmental education mechanism ,as well as improve the working system construction and build the co-administration mechanism . T he carriers , including classroom teaching , the second classroom , important ceremonies , new media and social practice , should be put into full use .
