高校女教师低职业成就的文化原因探悉

摘    要:教师职业有其特殊性,衡量其专业成就比较困难。高校女教师的职业成就远低于男教师其原因非常复杂,文章仅从文化角度分析,认为主要有“女教师自身的进取意识不强、以往教育基础深刻的负面影响、社会文化环境对女教师的规逼作用、女教师害怕成功的心理取向”等四方面的原因。

A Probe into the Cultural Causes for Low Professional Achievements of College Women Teachers

Abstract:The profession of teachers has its unique characteristics, so it is not easy to judge its professional achievements. But the public has certain standards to judge them. This paper takes the statistics of Hainan Normal University as an example to show that the professional achievements of female teachers are lower than those of male teachers. This paper explains the causes for low professional achievements of female university teachers in four aspects, including female teachers' low enterprise, the side effect of past education, influence of social and cultural environment and the psychological tendency of being afraid of success.
