| 摘 要： | 面对大学生就业现状,需要分析大学生就业难的深层次原因,就业观念和就业思想的陈旧是影响大学生成功就业的主要原因。针对目前大学生就业存在的问题和就业指导工作的现状,指出加强就业指导工作中的思想政治教育的必要性和可行性,研究如何发挥就业指导工作中的思想政治教育的作用。

| Abstract: | The current situation of university students' job hunting makes it necessary to analyze the root causes of it.The old-fashioned idea and wrong attitude to job hunting are the two main causes.Based on the difficulty in job hunting,this paper studies the necessity and feasibility of strengthening ideological and political guidance of university students' job hunting. |
