| 摘 要： | 根据开设专业对应成立大学生专业协会,加强青年思想德育建设、培养大学生科技创新能力,促进高校基层共青团组织建设创新。在大学生专业协会中设立团支部,与行政班级团支部互相交叉,实现纵横交错、双重覆盖,增强活动,把基层团建工作的触角延伸到全体团员青年。以大学生专业协会为平台,充分把握团员青年好学上进的心态和愿望,用专业知识吸引青年;彰显科技创新魅力,用科技创新激励青年。
