| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、录像分析法等对2008年全国万人健美操大众锻炼标准大赛湖北分赛区比赛情况进行调查分析,揭示<全国健美操大众锻炼标准>在湖北省推广中存在的不足指之处.并提出相应的改革政策,以其为<标准>的推广及大众健美操的普及及发展提供参考.
