| 摘 要： | 公共服务行业为了更好地保证服务质量和声誉,增强知名度和透明度,与大众进行更好的沟通与交流,广泛地征集志愿者,公共图书馆也不例外。但在实践的过程中,我们发现对志愿者的运作与管理还存在一些问题,分析并解决这些问题将有利于公共图书馆志愿者活动的开展与探索。

| Abstract: | At present, many public service industry widely recruit volunteers in order to ensure service quality and reputation, enhance publicity and transparency and communicate with the public better. The public library is no exception. But in the process of practice, we have found that some problems also exist in the operation and management of volunteers. Analyzing and solving these problems are conducive to implementing volunteer activities in public libraries. |
