摘    要:毽球运动是中华民族传统体育宝库中一颗璀璨的明珠,其发展历史悠久、源远流长,近年来由于其所具有的趣味性、观赏性、健身性、对抗性和娱乐性等特点,已经被广泛流传,并形成独具特色的毽球竞技运动项目。本课题旨在通过对高水平毽球运动队生理生化指标的测试,为教练员和运动员提供训练依据,以便于更好的根据运动员的身体机能状况合理地调整训练计划,更好的为毽球运动技术成绩的提高服务。通过研究我们发现采用心率、血乳酸、肌酸激酶、血尿素氮和尿蛋白等指标的测试,能够反映运动员机体的机能状态和对训练负荷强度的适应情况,防治过度疲劳的出现,为教练员更好的为运动员调整运动负荷强度奠定坚实的理论基础,对运动成绩的提高具有不可忽略的效果。

Abstract:The shuttlecock is a bright pearl in the Chinese national traditional sports, its development has a long history, recently, it has been widely circulated due to it have fun, ornamental, fitness, antagonism and entertainment features ere, and it becomes an unique competitive sports items. This project provides training basis for the coaches and athletes in order to adjust the training program reasonably according to the athletes'Physical functional status and can serve well for improving the shuttlecock~ level. We found that the test included heart rate, blood lactic acid, creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen and urine protein could reflect the body's functional state and the adaptation of training strength, at the same time, can prevent the emergence of excessive fatigue, lay a solid theoretical foundation so that the coaches can adjust the athletes'training strength, has the non -negligible effect for the improvement of athletes scores.
