| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师人力资源具有丰富性、能动性、组织性等特点，当前的管理现状中分析可以发现，在人力资源配置、师资培训体系、激励考核机制等方面普遍存在不足。为此，必须立足实践、着眼长效，对人力资源配置进行科学规划，对师资培训强化需求分析，对考核激励工作机制进一步优化健全，进而改善和促进高职院校人力资源的管理工作。
