| 摘 要： | 细菌药物敏感试验的结果是临床合理用药的重要依据。从药敏试验方法选择错误、药敏试验操作不规范、药敏纸片质量的影响、病原菌鉴定不明确、细菌药敏结果敏感但临床治疗耐药、药敏试验的药物剂量与临床用药剂量有较大差异等6个方面，分析造成细菌药敏结果与临床疗效不符的原因，为临床有效治疗感染性疾病提供参考。

| Abstract: | Results of drug susceptibility testing of bacteria is an important basis for the clinical use of drngs. In this paper, trem the following 6 aspects, methods of choosing the wrong drug susceptibility testing, susceptibility testing operations are not standardized, the impact of susceptibility paper quality, pathogen identification is not clear, bacterial susceptibility sensitive but clinical resistance, susceptibility testing of the drug dose and clinical dose there are large differences, the mason of cause the unconformity of clinical efficacy and susceptibility test is analyzed, which provide a reference for the clinical treatment of infectious diseases effectively. |
