| 摘 要： | 地方政府公共政策执行力是地方政府公共政策过程中的核心要素,决定着地方政府公共政策执行效率的高低。但是,目前各级地方政府在执行公共政策的过程中还存在较多问题,这些问题不仅使政策达不到应有的效果,同时,还损害了政府在民众心目中的形象,严重影响了政府信誉与社会公信力。为改变这种不利状况,提升政府公共政策执行力就显得尤为迫切。

| Abstract: | The policy executive power,as the core element that cannot be neglected in local government's policy course,is the determinant of policy executive efficiency.However,in China today,there exist so many problems in the execution of the policy that the policy executive power has been weakened.These policies not only failed to make the desired effects,but also undermined the government's image in the eyes of the public,seriously affected the government's reputation and credibility of the community.Therefore,the promoting of policy executive power of local government becomes an urgent task. |
