摘    要:在分析企业组织发展基本模式的基础上,重点提出并阐述了组织发展是员工职业生涯发展的首要契机,员工职业生涯发展的主要模式与双重通道,员工职业生涯发展应与组织发展相匹配三个方面的问题。

Abstract:Based on analyzing basic patterns of enterprises organizational development this paper posed and discussed three key topics about career development those are: first organizational development is the first important opportunity for employees' career development;second major pattern and dual career paths for employees' career development;third employees' career development should match with organizational development.
