| 摘 要： | 近年来，大陆台资企业面临着自身转型升级、两岸经济金融合作升级等新形势，其金融服务需求也呈现多元化。但是，为台资企业提供的金融配套服务还有很多的不足，主要原因包括中小企业融资难问题在大陆长期未能得到有效解决，大陆金融市场尚不健全、两岸金融监管政策需要进一步加强统筹协调，两岸金融机构对台资企业信用情况了解不足等。我们应从加大大陆金融市场的改革创新力度、加强两岸金融业的交流合作、规范中小型台资企业自身行为、逐步开展两岸征信合作、健全台资企业担保体系等方面，切实提高台资企业金融服务水平。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Taiwan-funded enterprise in the mainland is facing the new situation, including its own transformation and upgrading, cross-strait economic and financial cooperation upgrading, and diversified financial service requirements. However, there are still many shortcomings. The main reasons include： small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problems in mainland China failed to be effectively solved for a long time; China＇s financial market is not perfect; the cross- strait financial supervision and regulation policy need to be further coordinated; both sides of the financial institutions understanding of Taiwan-owned enterpr/se credit conditions are inadequate. So it is needed to intensify the mainland financial market reform and innovation, strengthen the cross-strait exchanges and cooperation in the financial, regulate the behavior of small and medium-sized Taiwan- funded enterprises, develop the credit cooperation on both sides, and improve Taiwan-owned enterprise guarantee system so as to improve the financial service. |
