摘    要:模块化组织作为一种新型的组织模式已经广泛应用于传统产业和新兴产业,成为促进产业组织持续创新和升级的有效方式。本文在分析电子商务服务业模块化的必要性及可行性的基础上,深入探讨电子商务服务业模块化组织的形成路径。通过模块化分工与服务外包,最终形成电子商务服务业的模块化价值网络,从而更强有力地支撑电子商务市场整体规模的稳健增长。

Abstract:As a new organizational model, modular organization has been widely used in traditional and newly emerging industries and has become the effective way to promote continuous innovation and upgrading of the industrial structure. Based on the feasibility and necessity analysis of the E-Commerce services modular organization, formation paths for E-Commerce services modular organization is probed into. The E-Commerce services modular network can eventually be formed through modular division and service outsourcing so as to support the stable development of EC.
