| 摘 要： | 学术期刊版面费近来成为争议焦点，甚至成为学术问题的众矢之的。虽然作者有取得报酬的权利，但由于学术期刊卖方市场的存在，编辑部和作者通过协议形成了双方的权利和义务，约定了稿酬的放弃；版面费的存在有其合理性和必要性，从期刊收支的现实、期刊质量以及资源稀缺的现状予以分析；对编辑的学术道德、为人作嫁的奉献精神进行了肯定；版面费的存在并不同于学术腐败，甚至可以抑制学术腐败的发生；要解决现存的版面费问题，应当通过制度化的形式。 |

| Abstract: | The payment for publication in the academic journals has recently become the focus of dispute or even the target of academic criticism. This paper holds that though the author of an academic paper is entitled to get the remunerations, the editor has the final say. Thus, through negotiation between the editor and the author, the latter has agreed to give up the remunerations, which is not real- ly unreasonable. The paper also discusses the actual process of compiling academic journals, praises the dedication of most editors, and holds that this phenomenon concerning payment for publication is not academic corruption and the relevant system should get improved. |
