| 摘 要： | 文章以上海市区开设瑜伽运动项目的十家俱乐部的会员、教练员和管理者为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法,对目前上海市区瑜伽运动开展现状进行研究,对存在的问题进行归纳分析,并提出相关建议,旨在为上海市区健身俱乐部更好的开展瑜伽运动提供相关理论和参考依据。
