| 摘 要： | 车牌识别技术作为智能交通的重要组成部分，在人们的生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。车牌定位、字符分割、字符识别是车牌识别的三个重要组成部分，是车牌识别技术研究的重点，从这三个方面对车牌识别技术的发展和现状及车牌识别技术的应用进行了简要介绍。

| Abstract: | License plate recognition technology,as a key component of intelligent transport system,is playing a more and more important role in many application fields in our life.Vechicle license plate location,character segmentation and character recognition of which the vechicle license plate location is the core part,is the focus of the license plate recognition technology study.this paper will introduce a license plate recognition from the three parts,and introduce the application of license plate recognition. |
