| 摘 要： | 本文从思考企业战略本质出发重构了战略风险的结构：构成要素及相互关系。进而提出基于平衡记分卡的战略风险衡量机制。参照控制杠杆理论，本文认为企业需要综合运用诊断控制系统、互动控制系统、边界系统、信念系统、内部控制系统来全面调控战略风险。由此建立一个全面客观、对战略实施更具指导作用的企业整合型战略风险管理系统。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly reconfigures the structure of strategic risk based on the analysis of the essence of business strategy. Conforming to the new structure, a comprehensive strategic risk measurement system based on the balanced scorecard is put forward. The paper argues that diagnostic control system should be used in combination with interactive control system, boundary system, belief system and internal control in order to manage strategic risk systematically. This kind of integrated strategic risk management system based on BSC is more comprehensive and easy- to- use for strategy implementation. |
