| 摘 要： | 为适应经济和社会发展对人才的结构性需求,加拿大通过设立社区学院来提高劳动者素质,增强劳动者的就业能力,政府、企业和学校三方各司其职、各负其责,相互之间通过投资、评估、指导、反馈等手段结成密切联系的完整系统。这一政企校合一的职业教育模式对于我国职业教育有一定借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In Canada community colleges are responsible for training of workers to improve their employability to meet the economic and social development of the structural demand for talent.Meanwhile,the government encourage enterprise to participate in the vocational education,and set standards to control quality with evaluation by market.The vocational education in Canada is now well-developed by market regulation. |
