| 摘 要： | 慈幼是我国古代的优秀传统。针对当时普遍存在的溺婴、弃子的现象和习俗，宋朝政府采取了预防性和辅助性等慈幼措施。这些措施在一定程度上缓和了当时的社会矛盾，挽救了一部分幼儿的生命，稳定了人口数量，有利于社会经济的发展，在我国社会救济史上具有承先启后的重要地位。

| Abstract: | It is an outstanding tradition of China to keep new-born babies safe. Aiming at the phenomenon of infanticide, the government of Song Dynasty took some preventive and assistant measures which to some extent mitigated the social contradictions, saved a number of infants, stabilized the population of that time, and were helpful for the socio-economic development. These measures are significant in the history of social succor. |
