| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高职院校人才培养的有效途径,也是当前高职院校教育教学改革的切入点。高职院校学生思想政治教育应主动适应高职教育改革发展的需要,分析校企合作模式下学生思想政治教育所面临的挑战,探索应对措施,以进一步提高教育教学效果。这既是学校思想政治教育工作者必须面对的问题,也是实现高职教育人才培养目标的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Cooperation between enterprises and colleges has become an effective approach to cultivate talents,which is the breakthrough of current education teaching reform in vocational colleges. Ideological and political education there should comply with the trend of education reform. This paper analyzes the challenges that students faced, search corresponding solutions to improve teaching effects. It is the urgent problem and inevitable demand to realize the talent development aim of higher vocational education. |
